Adrienne Fabrique founded Nest Property Management, LLC in Astoria, Oregon in early 2022.
Before founding Nest, Adrienne worked as a property manager for another management company, managing over 400 properties on the Oregon Coast. While that experience was valuable, Adrienne quickly learned that servicing such a high volume of clients made it difficult to always provide the highest level of personal service and attention that she strived for. Adrienne recognized the North Coast’s need for high caliber, boutique property management service with a personalized touch. Nest is all-in when it comes to managing or renting you a property.
Understanding the needs and expectations of renters and property owners, as well as a penchant for guiding and delivering unparalleled service and support to our customers, is what sets Nest apart from other property management companies. We want to maintain properties along with delivering a personalized service and follow through with every property we manage. Happy Renters = Happy Property Owners, and we run the business by this motto. Whether your needs are residential, commercial, or vacation rentals, let Nest guide you home.
Happy Renters = Happy Property Owners
Trusting someone to manage a major investment for you can be challenging – and we want to make it easier. Honesty, integrity, and expertise are the basis for Nest Property Management, and I will always be here for you and your property.
Hello! My name is Adrienne Fabrique, the owner of Nest Property Management.
I received my degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Purdue University in 2014, leading straight into a career in corporate accounting for a large fortune 100 company. I learned so much about the agriculture business in Illinois in the 4 years I was in this field, but eventually decided it wasn’t for me. I took all my knowledge (and my entire life) and moved to Oregon, where I settled on remodeling my family beach house that had been managed by various companies over the last 40 years.
During the renovation I was also working remotely from the Oregon Coast for a tech start-up – exciting and thrilling, but in the evenings and weekends I was painting non-stop, hanging drywall, and figuring out how quick I could recoup the major investment we had made in repairing the home to have it make sense financially for our family.
Eventually, in 2017 we finished renovating the home and it became a star in the small ocean side community it’s part of– and that’s how I eventually made my way into a full-time career of managing property.
